Welcome to the website of Dr.-Ing. David Münch. I am a researcher at the Fraunhofer IOSB, Video Content Analysis (VCA) group led by Dr. Wolfgang Hübner and Dr. Michael Arens and a lecturer (Lehrbeauftragter) at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Karlsruhe.
My research interests are in the incorporation of knowledge into intelligent systems with the aim to raise the performance of content based video analysis according to semantic depth, local and temporal extent, and expressibility.
